Keecha Harris and Associates President and CEO, Keecha Harris, had the opportunity to chat with two foundation presidents, John Palfrey of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and Larry Kramer of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. The two leaders, who are also members of the Presidents' Forum, spoke in-depth about their approach to racial equity in both their organizations.
